Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect on an inshore fishing charter around Anna Maria Island?

Inshore charters work the protected flats, mangroves, and backcountry of Anna Maria Island and Tampa Bay, targeting Snook, Redfish, and Spotted Seatrout. The calm water makes these trips ideal for anglers and families of every skill level.

What is the difference between inshore fishing and flats fishing?

Flats fishing is a style of inshore fishing — we drift or pole the shallow grass flats sight-casting to Redfish and Snook. A full inshore charter also covers mangrove shorelines, passes, and creeks across the Bradenton and Tampa Bay backcountry, so we follow the bite wherever the tide sets it up.

How much does an inshore fishing charter cost?

Inshore trips start at $700 for a 4-hour charter that includes up to 4 anglers, with longer 6-hour and full-day options available. All rods, reels, tackle, bait, and your Florida fishing license are included.
