No guaranteed catch

Fishing is fishing. While Captain David White has guided these waters since 1999 and knows where the fish live, no charter can guarantee what you'll catch on a given day. Tides, weather, water temperature, and season all play a part — that's what makes it fun. Photos and stories on this site show real trips, but past results don't promise future ones.

Weather and safety

Your safety comes first. The captain may delay, reschedule, shorten, or adjust a trip when weather or water conditions call for it, and his judgment on the water is final. Boating and fishing carry inherent risks; guests are expected to follow the captain's instructions while aboard.

Fishing regulations

Seasons, size limits, and bag limits for Florida fish change frequently. Anything this site says about regulations may be out of date — the current rules published by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) always govern. Your captain follows the regulations in effect on the day of your trip.
